Frequently asked questions
What's a great photo?
Good lighting matters most. Try to choose a bright, clear, well-lit photo — natural daylight is always best (like near a window or outside on an overcast day). The clearer the lighting, the more detail we can see in your pet’s face and features.
Please avoid heavy filters if you can, because they can change the real colors of the fur, eyes, and nose.
Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?
Yes! You can order 1-pet, 2-pet, 3-pet, or 4-pet portraits — perfect for families with more than one furry best friend.
If you’d like more than 4 pets in one portrait, just message us and we’ll help you set it up!
What animals can you do?
All kinds! Dogs, cats, bunnies, birds — and pretty much any pet you can think of. If it’s an animal, chances are I can make a portrait of it.
Just a heads up: I don’t create portraits of humans (even if you’re adorable).
What if I need to change my order?
No problem — just email us within 30 minutes of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
After 30 minutes, most changes (including address updates) usually can’t be made since production starts quickly. Changes may also cause a small shipping delay.
Can I see it before it ships?
To keep orders moving quickly, we don’t send proofs or previews before shipping. If the photo you uploaded isn’t a good fit, we’ll contact you to request a new one.
